Electrical Problem with my newly purchased bike
I had two lights show up on my dash this morning, engine & battery. Came in right after work. Thomas took my bike and started his search. He couldn't locate the problem at first. But after careful and tedious searching, and after fixing two wiring harnesses, he found the problem. It took him 3 hours to find it. He replaced the defective part and got me back on the road. I've had nothing but positive experiences with the staff at Northshore Harley Davidson! Thomas could have stopped at any time and told me he couldn't find the issue. But he stayed the course and found the problem. If he hadn't, it could have happened again and I could have been left on the side of the road. Thank you Thomas! Thanks to Robert and Mike at the service desk for the amazing customer service as well! I will let others know about how well I've been treated there. You guys and gals are awesome!
