First off I have NO issues with the service of my 2018 Ultra that I get from ya'll. My issue is waiting over 6 hrs for service to be completed. And from what I gathered from the guy that came in after me it's his issue also. I made my appt. on Saturday the 13th of June for 9:00 a.m. on Saturday the 20th. After talking with the other guy that came in after me, he said he made an appt on the 16th or 17th and service dept told him he was the only 9:00 a.m. service scheduled for Saturday (20th). Poor Kevin was running ragged in between 3 bikes trying to get them done. I ask for Kevin every time I come and and will continue to do so. Poor scheduling is the culprit here. Hopefully will get better.
