I had paid 3 hours of labor to Black Jack Harley in Florence SC to fix my Fosgate system. On the way from NC to MS i noticed it still wasn't working properly. I met Thomas in parts working. I told him my situation with my radio. Thomas told me to swing my bike around to the service bay and he would check it out. With in 20 seconds he figured out it was the modulator. He fixed the issue and sent me on my way and allowed me to have music on the rest of my trip ty so much Thomas. Hopefully he will be reconignized. (Employee: Thomas Conroy)
