After having a horrible experience with Mobile Bay Harley Davidson totally screwing up a simple warranty issue, I lodged a complaint with the Harley Davidson factory at which time they asked me which dealership did I want to take my motorcycle to to get the problem resolved. I told them Mike Brunos Northshore Harley Davidson, they made the arrangements, and within a week my motorcycle was fixed under warranty by the outstanding service department of Mike Brunos.
