Gabriella was very friendly and super helpful, she answered all my questions and took vey good care to insure I was was a happy customer. Its hard not to be happy when getting a new ride though. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. This is my second bike from here and will continue to do business with them and they have a top notch part and service department too.
