I took the Riding Academy Course back in May of this year. I had only been on a bike a handful of times and was not sure I even wanted to ride. All of the instructors and assistants for the course were amazing and patient. But Channell really went out of her way to make a connection and was so encouraging. After the class I felt confident enough to buy my first bike and start riding. Everytime I see Channell she is still so encouraging and is always willing to answer questions!
